There are so many new photographers with the 'easy to use' cameras on the market today. Hamlett Photography is different. From the darkroom to the classroom, we have years of experience. I have had a darkroom since I was 3, and have enjoyed using the enlarger and developing my own prints. In class, I have even made my own camera! In addition to the photography, Jennifer has worked for 10 years as a computer programmer, giving her a tremendous advantage when photography went digital!
We don't put a limit on the number of pictures we take at a session. We take plenty of pictures to ensure a great portrait. However, if there is just that 'one little thing' that you wish was different, we can 'fix' it. Upon request we have: swapped faces, cleared up/smoothed out skin and wrinkles, slimmed up waists, fixed stray hairs, added and removed items, added hair (yes, really!) created watercolors and other works of art, the list goes on. We can almost guarantee the exact picture you are hoping for! Best of all - the touch up work is free! Its easy!

I was born in New York but spent most of my life in Reston Virginia. I graduated with a masters degree from George Mason University and moved to Texas in 1998. When a neighbor signed me up to photograph a mothers day out school, and I continued to have repeat customers, I decided to make it a business. I have enjoyed every moment of it since then!
